The Chinese Arena Football League has officially partnered with Xenith. Xenith is now the Exclusive Equipment partner of the CAFL.
The players participating in the inaugural season will wear Xenith helmets and shoulder pads. All helmets will also come with Adaptive Head Protection, which is designed to protect players on and off the field.
“The opportunity to provide professional athletes with the best protective technology on a global stage is truly unique,” Xenith president Ryan Sullivan said, “we’re thrilled to announce the Xenith-CAFL partnership and we look forward protecting their athletes for many years to come.”
Xenith was founded back in 2006 by a former Harvard University quarterback and Columbia University PH.D. The helmets are designed in Detroit, MI.
“We value the safety of our players and when we were looking for the best equipment it led us to Xenith,” AFL Global President David Niu said, “our players are the best there is in football and now they will be properly protected.
The inaugural CAFL season kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 1 in Shanghai, China.
