The Chinese Arena Football League have announced that the games for the inaugural season will be broadcasted on America on ONE World Sports. ONE World Sports is considered America’s Network for Global Sports. All 18 CAFL games, including the three championship games, will be broadcasted on the network.
“The opportunity to partner with ONE World Sports for the CAFL’s inaugural season is a wonderful opportunity for the league,” Philadelphia Soul co-owner and ESPN employee Ron Jaworski said, “through ONE World Sports’ growing distribution, fans in the U.S. will see something that will make them shake their heads in surprise, our game of US-style football, being played in a China, with US and Chinese players.”
ONE World Sports is a television network that supplies American sports event from around the globe, such as the CAFL, for the American viewing entertainment. They also televise the biggest sport in China, the China Basketball Association, as well as soccer and cricket.
The inaugural season kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 1 in Beijing. The season runs through Nov. 12, when the CAFL hosts an All-Star game.
