Arena Football League Philadelphia Soul

Soul to Host Postseason Games at PPL Center

The Philadelphia Soul will host their postseason away from home. They will host their first round playoff game, and possibly the American Conference Championship game, at the PPL Center in Allentown, PA.

The Soul have played several games at the PPL Center this season, including this weekend when they take on the Cleveland Gladiators. If the season were to end today, the Soul would be the third seed in the playoffs and would host the Jacksonville Sharks in the first round on Aug. 7 at 6 p.m. ET. The Sharks beat the Soul in the American Conference championship game last season to advance to Arena Bowl XXVIII.

If the Soul have the chance to host the American Conference championship game again this season, the game would also be held at the PPL Center in Allentown. The game would be played on Aug. 14.

If the Soul want to host the championship game, they will need to beat out the Orlando Predators in the regular season. They meet once more on July 30, the final regular season game for both teams.

Tickets for the first round game will be available this weekend when the Soul play the Gladiators. PPL Center Club season members will have to wait to purchase tickets until Friday, July 15.
